So when the Sun is placed here, it really intensifies that ambition, as the Sun represents the core of a person’s identity and self-expression.

Sun in Capricorn can lead to a high sense of ego, particularly around their career or any achievements they pursue. These individuals take immense pride in their work and tend to define themselves by what they accomplish professionally. There’s often a need for external recognition, but this recognition has to be earned through hard work and dedication. It’s that sense of self-worth that can get tied to their achievements, and when things aren’t going the way they’d like, their pride can sometimes come off as arrogance or a sense of superiority.

The Capricorn Sun person can also have a very strong, perhaps even rigid, sense of authority.
