Hold your palm upright, vertically. Do not squeeze or stretch your fingers. Keep them as normal as casual as you keep generally.
Ensure that you take image of complete palm. From wrist to finger tips, including thumb.
In case you feel that complete image of palm is making the lines less visible, then attach separate images of palm lines.
Take the image of reverse side of the palm. Try to give clear image of nails and the mail of thumb. In case of females please ensure that you have not applied any gloss or polish/ paint etc on your nails.
If your palm lines are very faint or your skin color is too fair, that lines are less visible, then reduce the light on palm and the lines will become more visible. You may experiment a few times for better results.
Please provide the Birth details. Your Birth Date-Month-Year. Your time of Birth Hour-Minutes-seconds(if known) and your Birth City.
